GoKite Travel & Tours is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Holiday Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end holiday operations, coordinating with suppliers and travel partners, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for domestic and international holiday packages.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, activity suppliers, and other travel partners.
Handle hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.
Prepare and share booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely confirmations and smooth service delivery.
Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and operational issues.
Resolve customer and supplier queries and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with visa documentation and travel-related requirements when required.
Maintain accurate booking details, supplier records,



payment information, and operational updates.
Coordinate with the sales team for a smooth handover from booking to operations.
Monitor travel schedules and ensure all services are delivered as planned.
Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in holiday operations, tour operations, travel operations, or a similar role.
Positive knowledge of domestic and international destinations and travel products.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM, travel booking systems, and MS Office is an advantage.
