The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the complete production process to ensure that textile products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. The role involves managing production teams, machinery, materials, productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.

Monitor production targets, output, efficiency, and machine utilization.

Ensure production is completed within the planned time and cost.

Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.

Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimum utilization of workers.

All Job Party Handling. Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to avoid production delays.

Ensure compliance with approved production processes, specifications, and quality standards.





Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Reduce production wastage, rejection, rework, and operational costs.

Maintain proper production records, reports, and performance data.

Analyze production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, labor requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Train, motivate, and evaluate production supervisors and workers.

Handle production-related issues and take timely decisions to maintain workflow.

Support current product development, process improvement, and production trials when required.

Ensure the factory operates efficiently while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.
