Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Executive, located in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research,



and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and customers. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries and support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in an ed tech, telesales, logistics, transportation, or freight

brokerage environment preferred.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
