Social Media Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.

* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

* Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling digital content.

* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.

* Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

* Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and product launches.

* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

* Assist in running paid social media campaigns and optimize performance based on campaign objectives.





* Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, guidelines, and marketing goals.

* Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, best practices, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also apply).

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.

* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative thinking, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
