We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer & Job Posting Coordinator to support our recruiting and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, promoting job opportunities across multiple platforms, and helping strengthen our employer brand to attract top talent and clients.

Role & responsibilities:
- Create, write, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop job advertisements and post openings across job boards, social media channels, and company websites.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to promote priority openings and hiring campaigns.
- Create graphics, banners, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.
- Track and report social media performance metrics and job posting effectiveness.




- Research industry trends, hiring trends, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, employee spotlights, work anniversaries, company events, and client success stories.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience in social media management, content writing, digital marketing, or staffing/recruitment marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Dice, and other job posting platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience supporting a staffing, recruiting or workforce solutions organization.
