Experience

6-10 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud

(Data 360) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience in implementing end-to-end customer data and engagement solutions is required.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with solid expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Marketing Cloud to design and deliver unified customer engagement solutions. The role involves building customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation in Data Cloud, while leveraging Marketing Cloud for personalized campaigns, journey orchestration, and multi- channel engagement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating Data Cloud insights with Marketing Cloud to enable data-driven, real-time customer experiences across the customer

lifecycle.

Required Skills

 Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).

 Experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLO), Data Model Objects (DMO), and Data

Mapping.





 Expertise in Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.

 Experience creating Segments and Audience Activation.

 Hands-on experience with Calculated Insights and Data Transformations.

 Understanding of Data Governance, Consent Management, Data Spaces, and Security.

 Experience with real-time and batch data ingestion.

 Strong knowledge of customer data models and customer 360 architecture.

 Experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Clouds and external systems.

 Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.

 Expertise in customer journey orchestration and campaign management.

 Experience implementing personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.

 Strong understanding of subscriber management, data extensions, and audience segmentation.

 Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud bes
