Role Description
The Placement (Industry Collaboration) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.



The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities for trained candidates, including coordinating with employers to understand hiring needs and aligning them with Anudip’s talent pool. Responsibilities include identifying new organizations for collaboration, conducting regular outreach and meetings, and organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer interactions. The role also includes supporting candidate preparation through pre-placement talks, interview readiness sessions, and feedback sharing, while tracking placement outcomes and maintaining accurate records and reports. The position requires close coordination with internal training teams to ensure that skills imparted match industry expectations and help improve placement performance.
