Job Responsibilities:

1. Design electrical control system for machines and material handling equipment.

2. Selection of Electrical Components such as enclosures, Contactors, relays, power supplies, PLC's, etc.

3. Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and provide physical layout drawings.

4. PLC and HMI Programming Hands on Experience for Allen Bradley or Siemens will be added advantage.

5. Analyze equipment specification and performance requirements and establish design specifications to meet functional requirements.

6. Modify electrical schematics based upon engineering and customer requirements.

7. Preparation of bill of materials.

8. Accountable for successful completion of assigned projects with deadlines.

9. Solid knowledge and understanding of National Electrical Standards - NFPA 79 and UL 508A.

10.



Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships both internally and externally.

11. Ability to handle team of 4-6 Electrical Engineers, co-ordination with customer and onsite engineers.

Desired Skill Set:

1. Software Tool : a. Eplan Electrical P8 / AutoCAD Electrical / E3 OR (Similar software's), AutoCAD and MS Office

b. SIMATIC STEP-7, Rslogix 500, Rslogix 5000, SIMATIC WinCC, Factory Talk View

2. Experience with Control Panel Designing, selection of Electrical Components.

3. Excellent communication skills (Oral/ Written)

4. Solid attention to detail and design activity.

5. Solid communication skills, verbal and written

6. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
