Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
- Solid understanding of IT hiring processes and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and client management.
