Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain the data center's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and firmware updates on servers and network devices.
- Troubleshoot issues with server monitoring systems and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment into the data center environment.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
- Solid knowledge of data center management best practices and industry standards (e.g. ISO).
- Proficiency in backup management, network management, server management, and network monitoring tools.
