Job Summary

Aparna Constructions is looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer service across our real estate portfolio.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned projects to achieve sales targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and support staff across project sites.

• Identify potential clients through networking, lead generation, and digital campaigns.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification and site visits to deal closure and post-sale follow-ups.





• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotional activities with sales goals.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of current inventory, pricing, market conditions, and competitor activity.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer feedback to senior management.

• Ensure seamless coordination with CRM, documentation, legal, and customer service departments to provide end-to-end support to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients.

• Drive customer engagement through timely updates, site walkthroughs, and personalized service.

• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other statutory requirements.

• Regularly train the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and market developments.
