As a
Service Engineer
, you will be responsible for performing commissioning of high complexity products and providing advisory services to customers and/or third-party contractors on existing and/or new equipment and components.



Your role is critical for ensuring products are installed correctly and maintained efficiently to meet customer specifications.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities
- Expert Commissioning & Repair: Conduct comprehensive spreader commissioning, installation, and warranty repair work on current equipment.
- Reactive & Preventative Service: Perform preventative and reactive service calls, including diagnosis and repair of products and systems to meet customer specifications.
- Technical Consulting & Inspection: Provide expert technical assistance and advice for installation and troubleshooting, and carry out site inspections upon customer request.
- Customer Training: Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers on product maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Reporting & Sales Support: Maintain accurate job and project records, report on completed work with future recommendations, and identify potential RUP (Repair/Upgrade) opportunit
