Job Description
Techshore Inspection Service is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background in the Oil & Gas field, along with practical or teaching experience. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training and helping students develop strong technical knowledge and industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions related to Oil & Gas.
- Prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, and lessons.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Provide practical and industry-related knowledge to students.
- Assess students' understanding through tests, assignments, and practical activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated according to industry standards and practices.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
- Support students with career guidance and technical development.
Requirements
- Relevant degree/diploma or professional qualification in Oil & Gas or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant industry or teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas operations, processes, and safety practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical subjects in a easy and effective manner.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Practical industry experience will be an advantage.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
