Position Overview
The company is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the ground-up rebuild of its consumer panel mobile app using React Native.
The role spans the full product lifecycle — from architecture decisions and UX discussions to CI/CD pipelines and App Store releases — while ensuring a seamless transition from the existing legacy app for millions of panelists across Asia-Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build a new mobile app from scratch on a up-to-date, scalable architecture using React Native, while analyzing the existing legacy app to ensure functional parity for current users
- Take full ownership of technology selection, critical architectural decisions, and driving continuous improvement of the codebase
- Lead the full lifecycle from UX discussions and technical design to implementation, testing, and production rollout
- Own the mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions) and manage the entire app store submission process for both iOS and Android
- Ensure crash-free session rate ≥ 99.5% and ANR within industry norms through robust observability and crash reporting using Sentry and Firebase
