We have a technology-driven recruitment platform operated by Braxton Mayfair Recruitment, designed to help job seekers discover relevant career opportunities more efficiently.

The platform is already live and operational. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Full-Stack Developer who can work with us on an ongoing, project-by-project basis to implement new features, improvements, integrations, and technical changes as the business evolves.

About the Role

This is a project-based freelance role, rather than a fixed monthly position.

As business requirements evolve, we will identify specific technical requirements and projects. The selected developer will review the requirement, provide a technical approach and estimated effort/cost, and take ownership of the implementation through testing and deployment.

Projects may range from small changes and bug fixes to larger feature development and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement current features for the platform.
- Make changes and improvements to existing functionality.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Work with the existing Next.js codebase and Supabase backend.
- Develop and maintain database functionality using PostgreSQL/Supabase.
- Implement and maintain APIs and third-party integrations.
- Work with authentication, subscriptions, payments, and user workflows.
- Ensure changes are compatible with the existing platform architecture.
- Test changes thoroughly before deployment.
- Deploy and manage changes through Vercel.
- Review existing functionality and suggest technical improvements where appropriate.
- Identify potential technical risks before implementing changes.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Ensure that existing functionality is not negatively affected by new changes.
