Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
