We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer communication and provide excellent after-sales support. The role will primarily involve handling customer queries, coordinating and tracking support tickets, and ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and comfortable spoken English. Experience with CRM, ticketing, customer support, or after-sales software will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries received through our website.
- Raise, update, and track customer service tickets using ticketing/CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Follow up on pending tickets and ensure issues are closed within the required timeline.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements




- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and email knowledge.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries and tickets.
- Experience with CRM or ticket-raising/customer support software is preferred.
- Candidates who have previously worked in customer support, after-sales service, CRM, or ticket management will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
