Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clo3D role based in New Delhi. The role involves developing accurate 3D garment simulations using Clo3D, including pattern creation, fit adjustments, fabric draping, and trim detailing. Responsibilities include collaborating with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to translate design concepts into virtual samples, optimizing styles for manufacturing and cost efficiency. The role also includes preparing 3D presentations for internal and client reviews, maintaining organized digital libraries of styles and materials,



and ensuring that virtual samples meet quality, brand, and sustainability standards. The team member will support continuous improvement in the digital product development workflow and contribute to meeting timeline and productivity goals.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Clo3D or similar 3D garment simulation software, including pattern import, grading, and 3D visualization.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making basics, fit, and fabric behavior in a digital setting.
- Experience collaborating with design, technical, and production teams to align virtual samples with physical manufacturing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of apparel product development processes and familiarity with sustainable and ethical production practices.
