We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing and procurement of e-waste and related materials for our recycling operations.

The role will be responsible for developing a reliable supplier network, sourcing e-waste at competitive prices, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring material quality, and maintaining a consistent supply of recyclable materials. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of procurement, vendor management, commodity pricing, and preferably experience in e-waste, scrap, recycling, electronics, or waste management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing e-waste and recyclable electronic materials.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers, aggregators, collection partners, institutions, corporates, and other material sources.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier network to ensure consistent availability of e-waste.




- Source materials such as IT equipment, computers, laptops, mobile phones, consumer electronics, electrical equipment, PCBs, cables, metals, and other recyclable materials.
- Negotiate purchase prices, contracts, payment terms, logistics costs, and other commercial conditions.
- Track market prices and trends for e-waste, ferrous/non-ferrous metals, plastics, PCBs, and other recovered materials.
- Develop pricing models and procurement plans based on market conditions and expected recovery values.
- Conduct supplier due diligence and assess vendors based on pricing, quality, reliability, compliance, and delivery performance.
- Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for incoming e-waste.
