What You’ll Do
- Serves as a Techncial liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
- Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
- Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
- Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
- Work with Operate team to make Customer Reliable post go-live and venture towards value realization.
- Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide variety of functional support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation,



operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
- Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
- Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.

What We Are Looking For
- 18+ Years of corporate experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Expertise in functional configuration of WMS product, Technical Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Performance Tuning.
- Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably JDA/RedPrairie WMS).
- Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T;, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.
- Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASR
