The Partner role is a full-time, in office position. The Partner will oversee and manage engagements in audit and assurance, taxation, regulatory compliance, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to professional standards.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, reviewing working papers and reports, guiding staff on complex issues, and maintaining active communication with clients.

The Partner will contribute to business development by identifying opportunities.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA)



with relevant post-qualification experience in audit & taxation.
- Strong knowledge of audit and assurance practices, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to corporate and non-corporate entities.
- Expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning & compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage multiple engagements, and maintain high standards of quality and ethics.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in a partnership environment or in a senior leadership role within a professional services firm.
