About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Senior IT Support Executive to join our Bangalore HQ. This role combines workplace technology support with office administration to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.

As the primary point of contact for both IT infrastructure and office operations, you will be responsible for managing employee IT assets, maintaining office facilities, coordinating with vendors, supporting workplace administration, and creating an efficient, productive work environment. You will play a critical role in employee onboarding and offboarding, workplace maintenance, inventory management, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of laptops, desktops, accessories, and IT assets, including procurement, allocation, repairs, AMC coordination, and disposal.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning user accounts,



configuring systems, and managing access across Google Workspace, Slack, ScaleFusion, and other business applications.
- Provide first-level hardware and software troubleshooting support to employees.
- Maintain office IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, printers, scanners, biometric devices, meeting room equipment, and conferencing systems.
- Monitor IT inventory, software licenses, warranty records, and asset documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, networking, and AMC services.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and maintain accurate IT documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security personnel, facility management teams, and maintenance vendors.
