Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to join our team at our Vapi location. As a CRM, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities
- *Customer Relationship Management*

– Establish and maintain solid relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.

– Understand and anticipate customer needs, and provide tailored solutions and support to meet those needs.

– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- *Sales Support*

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.

– Provide product information and pricing details to customers as needed.




- *Customer Feedback and Surveys*

– Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to enhance our products and services.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

– Prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
- *Issue Resolution*

– Work with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- *Customer Engagement*

– Plan and organize customer events or activities to foster stronger relationships.

– Identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention programs.
