A senior education skilled with:

• Strong network among
School Owners, Directors, Principals, Academic Heads & Industry Liaison Teams
across India

• Experience in a
top leadership position in reputed schools / education organisations

• Excellent relationships with leading school groups and education networks

• Excellent
English communication, presentation and writing skills

• A confident
orator, relationship builder and business leader

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up

Key Responsibility

The Co-Founder will lead the growth of:

CareerEase – Career Lab
– helping schools create structured career discovery and guidance ecosystems.

Young Innovator Program




– enabling school students to develop AI awareness, literacy, innovation and future-ready skills.

The role will focus on
school partnerships, national expansion, strategic alliances, business development, revenue generation and building a strong school ecosystem
.

This is NOT a conventional job.
