Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Head to lead our retail operations, drive sales growth, improve store performance, and ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the overall operations of multiple retail stores.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Monitor store-wise sales, conversion, average billing and staff performance.
- Lead, motivate and train Store Managers and retail sales teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor stock availability, stock movement, inventory accuracy, damages, returns and slow-moving products.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and store standards.
- Analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Purchase,



Warehouse, Marketing, HR and Accounts teams.
- Control operational expenses and improve store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, grooming and discipline standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for new stores, business growth and market expansion.
- Prepare and present regular retail performance reports to management.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Retail/FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
- Experience in handling multiple retail outlets or a large retail team.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management and store operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail/ERP software.
- Willingness to travel between stores when require
