A barista prepares and serves hot and cold beverages like coffee, espresso, and tea, greets customers, takes and processes orders, operates point-of-sale systems, and maintains a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked workspace.
- Drink Preparation: Make espresso drinks, drip coffee, and teas following exact recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Cleanliness: Sanitize counters, seating areas, and equipment like grinders and espresso machines.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory levels and replenish cups, syrups, beans, and pastry displays.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of coffee brewing, grinding, milk texturing, and machine operation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly,



explicit communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move quickly for long shift hours.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
