Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 46 years of experience in Operations Management, Regional Sales, or Network Management. Experience in tech-enabled mobility, auto-tech, or on-demand delivery sectors is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or a degree in Automotive/Mechanical

Engineering is a robust plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset. Proficiency in analyzing regional dashboards and pull actionable insights
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold accountable a remote, geographically dispersed field team.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to handle both high-level corporate alignments and ground-level workshop disputes.
