Marketing Lead English Content will shape audience perception, drive content consumption, and establish the OTT Platform as a preferred destination for premium English entertainment in India.
The role will lead marketing across TV, digital, social, partnerships, PR and consumer engagement, leveraging premium content from leading global studios and partners to build brand salience, consumer affinity and platform preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Market Leadership:
- Develop brand strategy to establish the OTT Platform as a leading destination for premium English entertainment.
- Build top-of-mind awareness, consumer preference and differentiation versus streaming competitors.
Content Marketing & Franchise Building:
- Lead marketing for streaming launches, TV premieres, movies, series, reality and event content.
- Develop integrated campaigns that maximize awareness, engagement and viewership.
- Build franchises and fandoms around key content properties.
- Leverage cultural moments, trends and social conversations to increase content relevance.
Consumer Growth & Engagement:
- Drive acquisition, retention and engagement for English content.
- Identify new audiences and viewing opportunities through consumer insights and analytics.
- Optimize the journey from awareness and discovery to engagement and loyalty.
- Increase consumption frequency and strengthen audience affinity.
Studio & Commercial Partnerships:
- Manage strategic marketing relationships with global studios and content partners.
- Collaborate on global assets, talent, campaigns and promotional opportunities.
- Partner with Revenue, Brand Solutions and Partnerships teams to create cutting-edge content-led commercial opportunities.
PR & Communications:
- Drive earned-media visibility for key content launches.
- Build relationships with entertainment media, journalists, influencers, critics and industry stakeholders.
