Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in lending operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement recent processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) outlines for disbursement processes, including payment schedules and settlement procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize loan processing times, reducing delays and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically in lending or payments.
- Strong understanding of disbursement processes, including loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze complex business problems using tools like BRD creation software.
- Experience working on projects related to loan servicing, collections, or recoveries.
