JOB DESCRIPTION – INJECTION MOULDING SUPERVISOR

Position: Injection Moulding Supervisor
Location: Greater Noida / Jhajjar Plant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Injection Moulding Supervisor to manage shift-wise production activities and ensure smooth operation of injection moulding machines while maintaining required quality, productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Injection Moulding production during the assigned shift.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per production plan.
- Monitor machine operation, cycle time, output, rejection and downtime.
- Ensure correct machine parameter setting and process control.
- Coordinate mould change, mould setting and trial activities.
- Monitor raw material loading, material consumption and process requirements.
- Identify and resolve basic machine/process/mould-related issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Tool Room teams for breakdowns and mould-related problems.




- Ensure minimum rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Maintain proper shift production reports, rejection reports and machine records.
- Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Allocate manpower and manage operators/helpers effectively.
- Monitor operator performance, discipline and attendance during the shift.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Immediately report machine, mould, quality or production abnormalities to the Production Engineer/Plant Head.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate all pending issues to the next shift.
- Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, TPM and productivity improvement.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastic Engineering or relevant field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Plastic
