Role: AM/Manager - Influencer Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Influencer Strategy: Plan and execute influencer strategies aligned with launches

and sale events.
- Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, negotiate and manage beauty creators and agencies.
- Performance & Affiliate Marketing: Drive sales using affiliate links, coupon codes and attribution

models.
- Marketplace Campaigns: Execute campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit

and Purplle.
- Content Coordination: Work with creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track ROAS, CPA, revenue, engagement and creator performance.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI.

KPIs




- Revenue from influencer campaigns, ROAS, creator-attributed sales, affiliate revenue,

engagement, customer acquisition, CPA, and campaign execution.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years in influencer marketing (Beauty/Fashion/D2C preferred).
- Robust marketplace knowledge (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Purplle).
- Experience with affiliate marketing, reporting, analytics and stakeholder management.
