Overview:

The Manager AV & ELV Lighting will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all AV and lighting systems across indoor and outdoor facilities. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, attending

to equipment breakdowns, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The position also requires maintaining asset records, supervising contractors, and preparing reports to support efficient facility operations.

Responsibilities: -
- Oversee operation and maintenance of all ELV & AV and lighting systems (indoor& outdoor), ensuring reliability and safety.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules as per PM calendar.
- Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns, maintaining proper records of assets, spares, and RMAs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and import substitution to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted operations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house technicians for ELV & AV and lighting services.




- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures and ensure corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS and Management reports and oversee vendor deliverables for AMC/Support contracts.
- Maintaining history cards of all employees.

- Effective manpower management and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in AV systems maintenance, lighting management, or facility operations.
- Solid knowledge of ELV & AV equipment, lighting systems, projectors, and control systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and RCA processes.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, contractor supervision, and AMC coordination.
