Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in Data Science Manager role or similar position.
- Strong background in Data Science with expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and mentoring junior staff members.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
