Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Quality Control Analyst (HPLC, Wet Analysis, Instrumentation & Validation)

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (On-site, reliably commute or relocate)
Experience: 2-6 years in QC Pharma (Fresher with robust internship/project experience considered for entry-level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QC Analyst for our Dehradun facility to handle analytical testing using HPLC, UV, Dissolution, and other instruments. Responsibilities include sample analysis, method validation, GLP compliance, and OOS investigations. Ideal for B.Pharm/B.Sc (Chemistry/Microbiology) graduates with 2-6 years in pharma QC.

Key Responsibilities
- Instrumental Analysis (HPLC Primary Focus):
- Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products,



stability/stress samples using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer Titrator, and FTIR.
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods per ICH/USP guidelines (e.g., assay, related substances, dissolution profiles).
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC systems (e.g., Agilent/Waters); ensure system suitability and column care.
- Wet Chemistry & Other Testing:
- Conduct classical wet analysis (titration, LOD/LOQ, residue on ignition, pH, viscosity).
- Microbial limit testing and environmental monitoring.
- Validation & Compliance:
- Execute method validation/transfer/verification, process validation support, and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Handle Out-of-Specification (OOS), laboratory incidents, CAPA, deviation investigations, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure GLP/GMP compliance; review batch records, COA issuance, and documentation (SOP
