Assistant Manager – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Manager to support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with multiple departments, maintain customer relationships, and assist management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in managing daily business operations.
- Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory, and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle client inquiries and concerns.
- Support sales activities, including quotations, lead follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Prepare and analyze MIS, operational, and sales reports.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Support business planning and implementation of management strategies.




- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and team performance monitoring when required.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, adhesives, sealants, or related industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make effective decisions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, chemicals, paints, or industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
