Site Supervisor (Civil)

ORIO Builders & Developers – Thiruvalla, Kerala

ORIO Builders & Developers is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor work quality, materials, and progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Manage labour and coordinate site requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Ensure safety standards and proper site practices are followed.

Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in residential constructions.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently.
