JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research potential customers, target markets, and relevant industries for the company’s products and services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, online research, and other channels.

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their requirements and business needs.

• Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and business potential.





• Conduct outbound calls and send skilled emails to initiate conversations with prospective clients.

• Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s products and services.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and schedule further discussions when required.

• Prepare and share proposals based on discussions with prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice preparation and share invoices with clients.

• Follow up with clients to ensure payments are received within the agreed timeline.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospect and client interactions.

• Provide regular updates to the Sales team regarding lead status and progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related role.
