Position Purpose:
The Head of Engineering Transformation will lead the technology modernization and engineering excellence agenda for Securities Services IT. The role is responsible for defining the engineering strategy, modernizing software delivery, driving AI-enabled software engineering, improving developer productivity, and building a high-performing engineering organization.

This leader will work closely with business, architecture, delivery, infrastructure and security teams to transform how software is designed, built, tested, deployed and operated.

Engineering Transformation
- Define and execute the engineering transformation roadmap.
- Lead large-scale modernization initiatives across applications, platforms and engineering practices.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and up-to-date engineering principles.
- Build a culture focused on engineering excellence, quality and continuous improvement.





Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction across multiple engineering portfolios.
- Lead architecture reviews and technology governance.
- Guide engineering teams on scalable, resilient and secure architectures.
- Establish engineering standards, reusable frameworks and reference architectures.
- Promote engineering craftsmanship across the organization.
