Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ledger Reconciliation role based in Kolkata- HO. The role involves performing daily, weekly,



and monthly reconciliation of ledgers, ensuring accuracy between general ledger balances and subsidiary records. The team member will investigate and resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries, and maintain transparent documentation for audits and internal reviews. Responsibilities also include collaborating with finance and operations teams to clarify transactions, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and assisting in the improvement of reconciliation processes and controls. The role requires adherence to company policies and timelines, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
