Role Description
The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end video post-production process, including editing raw footage, refining narrative flow, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.



The Senior Video Editor will collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to produce high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, brand films, and promotional assets. Daily tasks include organizing and managing media assets, applying color grading and sound design, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing video formats for various platforms. The role may also involve mentoring junior editors, contributing to storyboard development, and proposing creative ideas that elevate the overall visual storytelling.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including working with multiple formats, timelines, and platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance brand aesthetics.
