Job Responsibilities

1. Plant Operations Management
- Handle complete plant operations (production, fabrication, dispatch).
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production as per project requirements.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, BOM, and project timelines.
- Monitor WIP, backlog, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure smooth workflow from raw material to dispatch.

2. Production Planning & Execution
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.




- Monitor shop floor performance and resolve issues quickly.
- Optimize machine and manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Store, Maintenance, and Project teams.

3. Quality Management
- Ensure all output meets quality standards.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and defects.
- Coordinate with QC for inspection and approvals.
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues.

4. Material & Inventory Control
- Coordinate with Store and Purchase for RM availability.
- Control material usage and reduce wastage/scrap.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper consumption control.

5. Cost & Financial Control
- Monitor cost per ton (Cost/MT).
- Control labour cost, overtime, and operational expenses.
- Improve productivity and reduce unnecessary cost.
- Manage plant budget (OPEX / CAPEX).

6. Team Management
- Lead production supervisors, engineers, operators, and staff.
