Role Description:

The SITE CIVIL ENGINEER OR SUPERVISOR will be responsible for overseeing civil works on architectural and urban projects in Bangalore Urban in a full-time, on-site capacity. THE SITE IS NEAR BIDADI TOWN. CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL WORKS. SHOULD HAVE SOLID SITE PLANNING CAPABILITIES. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating with architects and contractors, monitoring site execution, and ensuring that structures, utilities, and infrastructure elements comply with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The role involves planning and supervising earthworks, foundations, drainage, stormwater systems, roads, and site grading, as well as resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Site Civil Engineer will prepare and review drawings, reports, and documentation, support project budgeting and scheduling, and communicate progress and risks to the project team. Collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders and proactive quality control will be key aspects of the position.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply structural and infrastructure design principles on site.
- Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers and with multidisciplinary project teams, demonstrating effective coordination and communication.
- Skills in Planning of site works, sequencing of construction activities, and resource management to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site grading, including practical experience implementing these systems during construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensure or professional certification is an advantage.
