- Tender document comprehension
— ability to read a long RFP/RFQ/EOI and quickly extract eligibility criteria, scope, deadlines, evaluation method, and disqualifiers. This is the single most important skill.
- Compliance & detail orientation
— building a checklist of every required document and certificate so nothing gets missed.

Roles And Responsibilities
:
- Read tender documents in full and prepare a explicit compliance checklist — eligibility criteria, required documents, deadlines, and disqualifiers
- Conduct research for tender opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Graduation
