Role Summary

We are looking for an NPD Executive to support the development, validation and launch of recent products across washroom automation, stainless-steel fabrication and related engineering categories. The role will work closely with Design, Quality, Purchase,



Production, PPC and suppliers to take products from concept and prototype stage through testing, approval and commercial production.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage new product development projects from concept, sampling and prototype stage through commercial production.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, engineering drawings, development timelines and related technical documentation.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, trials, sample evaluation and approval activities.
- Follow up with suppliers for components, tooling, moulds, fixtures, samples and development requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop new suppliers and components in line with technical, quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, product teardown/analysis and market-oriented product comparisons where required.
