Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, and ensuring timely closure of open positions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews based on technical experience, skills, notice period, location, and compensation.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.




- Manage multiple open positions and ensure hiring targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Negotiate compensation and support the offer and joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Assist with background verification and pre-joining formalities.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
