Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our FMCG . The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably from the FMCG industry, with strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential clients/business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales/business development reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
