Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & Operations) Department: Human Resources Reports to: Senior Manager HR Location: Hyderabad Position Overview: The Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & Operations) will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR operations. The role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring efficient HR processes that align with the school’s organizational goals and IB philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for academic and non-academic positions.  Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from diverse channels.  Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.  Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.  Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions. HR Operations:



 Support day-to-day HR functions including employee records management, onboarding, and induction processes.  Assist in policy implementation, HR documentation, and data management.  Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.  Contribute to HR audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.  Collaborate with the HR team in areas of performance management, attendance tracking, and employee relations.
