Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a performance marketer who understands that successful advertising is not just launching campaigns, but continuously analyzing data, testing strategies, and improving profitability.

Candidates should have experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting and campaign structures.
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling CPA.
- Analyze performance metrics and make optimization decisions.
- Conduct creative testing and campaign experiments.




- Improve conversion rates and advertising efficiency.
- Manage tracking solutions including Meta Pixel and CAPI.

Requirements
- Robust hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets.
- Proven success with campaign scaling.
- Experience with eCommerce brands or lead generation.
- Understanding of performance metrics and attribution.
