Position - Project Manager CBS Helpdesk

Position Purpose

Project Manager will oversee project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for the Bank. Responsibilities include analysing agent performance, preparing periodic reports, identifying root causes of issues, conducting quality assessments, and maintaining detailed login/logout records for agents and supervisors.

Roles & Responsibilities
- You will oversee the overall delivery of the project and serve as the primary point of contact for the Bank, acting as the main interface for all issues that may impact support to the branches.
- All project-related communications should be maintained through the Bank's Single Point of Contact (SPOC). If necessary, you will escalate matters to the internal stakeholders or vendors senior management.
- Analyzing daily performance report of all agents, noting observations based on the analysis and sharing feedback with the Agents.




- you will be responsible for preparing and delivering all periodic reports and documentation related to the projects being executed.
- Reviewing the issues raised to identify the root causes and analyze the performance of UBISL resources.
- Quality assessments based on feedback from end users.
- Keeping a detailed record of the monthly login and logout reports for agents and supervisors.

Job Specific Skills
- Proficient in Finacle Core Banking Solution with hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of the Windows Server platform.
- Experienced in working with MS SQL Server and web applications.
- Background in implementing and supporting applications within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Any Graduation degree in computers / B. tech./BCA
