Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machines and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, VFDs, contactors, relays, and other components.
- Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, panels, distribution systems, and machine control circuits.
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance efficiently.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential electrical failures before breakdowns occur.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain adequate spare parts and recommend replacement of damaged or obsolete electrical components.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or machine maintenance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Hands-on experience with motors, starters, contactors, relays, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Respond to machine breakdowns when required.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
